Pranayams can be of great help during COVID-19

Having said so I must admit that pranayams( breath control exercises) are of great helps to Lungs and Heart(beside Lungs). Pranayams do also supply excess oxygen throughout the body leaving you oxygenated, a great feeling only a practitioner can have to feel ! Simple pranayams are to be practiced first by the beginners before we can go for higher versions!

Just have a little warm-up session before the easy pranayams and it will work wonder over your body and mind !
