Take Care of Your Postures!
Yeah, this is absolutely necessary, if you not practicing ‘yoga’ or any other physical exercise, and you are to follow a sedentary lifestyle! Take utmost care whether you are leaning forward almost always while at work. Take breaks, and diversions, esp. when you feel boredom. Using ‘big’ pillow while lying upward can cause neck pain if you continue this for a long time. Rather avoid a pillow when you lie down on your back. Keep your posture straight while walking!
Do practice back-bending yoga to compensate for this!
